We pride ourselves on our excellent reputation for customer satisfaction and we want you to be delighted with the products you order and receive from us. Please contact us as soon as possible if there is any problem with your delivery.
All arrangements are created by our own qualified florists at our premises in Hardwick and are available for collection or delivery by our own drivers. Non-perishable items (except balloons) for delivery will be sent by post and include delivery costs.
Orders accepted before midday may be delivered on the same day. Orders may be amended or cancelled up to 24 hours prior to delivery. Please contact us by telephone if you wish to cancel an order.
Correct delivery address and post codes are essential, accuracy is the responsibility of the purchaser.
Funeral tributes require at least 24 hrs notice; full details of deceased, the funeral director and time of funeral are essential.
If no-one is available to take delivery we will either leave the flowers in a shed or similar secure/under cover area and put a note through the door, or leave them with a neighbour and post a note through the door.
If neither of the above delivery options are available, the arrangement will be returned to the shop at Hardwick for collection or incur a re-delivery charge.

Deliveries to hospitals:
It is the customers responsibility to check that recipients wards will accept delivery of flowers. Any item which is refused on delivery will be returned to the shop at Hardwick and become subject to collection or incur a re-delivery charge.
