Delivery and Terms

All arrangements are created by our own qualified florists at our premises in Hardwick and made available for collection or delivered direct to your recipient by our own delivery drivers.

In the event of no-one being at the designated delivery address we will either leave at the premises in a shed or similar secure area and put a note through the door. Alternatively we will leave with a neighbour and leave a note through the door.

Correct delivery address and post codes are essential.

In the event of none of the above being available, the arrangement will be brought

back to the shop and subject to collection or a re-delivery charge.

Dry Drayton, Toft, Caldecote, Coton and Madingley £3.00

Cambridge City £5.00

Surrounding villages e.g. Cambourne, Bourn, Willingham, Comberton, Bar Hill, Oakington, Girton, Over, Swavesey, Barton, Elsworth, Boxworth, Eversdens, Longstanton, Histon, Milton, Granchester, Harston, Haslingfield, Kingston, Eltisley, Papworth Everard,

Longstowe, Orwell, Caxton, Lt & Gt Gransden, Gamlingay, Barrington £5.00

St Neots £6.00

Please ask for details of delivery charge to those villages not listed above.

Whilst every effort is made to use requested or displayed flowers, owing to supply shortages or non-availability we reserve the right to replace flowers with a similar

flower of the same or more cost.

We pride ourselves on our excellent reputation for customer satisfaction. We want you to be satisfied with the products you order and receive from us. Please notify us within 48 hours if you have a complaint with the products you have received.  We will endeavour to investigate your complaint and when found to be genuine we will arrange a replacement.  

In view of the perishable nature of our product, we will not investigate any complaint

after 7 days. Complaints between 2 and 7 days may require you to return the product

or supply a photograph to us.
