All items are subject to availability, owing to supply shortages or non-availability we reserve the right to replace flowers with an alternative of the same or greater value.
We pride ourselves on our excellent reputation for customer satisfaction and we want you to be delighted with the products you order and receive from us.
Please notify us within 48 hours if you have a complaint with the products you have received. We will endeavour to investigate your complaint and when found to be genuine we will arrange a replacement.
In view of the perishable nature of our product, we will not investigate any complaint after 7 days.
Complaints between 2 and 7 days may require you to return the product or supply a photograph to us. All flower items should be kept away from heat source, drafts and direct sunlight
Orders may be amended or cancelled up to 24 hours prior to delivery.
Please contact us by telephone if you wish to cancel an order.
All hired equipment remains the property of Madeleine Bradley Floral Design and is subject to the terms and conditions on the hire agreement.
Any non perishable item returned will be refunded less postage and packing charges
